* Brown rice cake (broken up)
* Cocoa powder
* 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
* Skim milk
Directions: 1. Mix the whey protein and cocoa powder into the milk
2. Use the mixed milk into the brown rice cake
Healthy Quick Breakfast Idea: Greek Yogurt
* 6 oz of 0% or 2% fat free plain greek yogourt
* 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s granola
* 1 teaspoon honey
